IS THERE NO MSG FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our seasonings have no added MSG. While the US FDA considers MSG generally safe, it's linked to many side effects (headaches, high blood pressure, weight gain, etc.).
Our seasonings are made with 100% natural ingredients, offering health benefits with calcium, Vitamin B, and Vitamin D. QN is a healthier alternative to MSG and will enhance your flavors naturally.
ARE YOUR SEASONINGS SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION FOR BABIES?
Our seasonings are safe for babies above 10 months. Start with a small amount in puree, cereal, or finger foods, ensuring it fully dissolves. Due to salt content, its not recommended for babies under 10 months. For mushroom seasonings, limit intake to 3g daily, considering the possibility of mushroom allergies. One notable benefit is its iron content, promoting red blood cell formation and preventing iron deficiency anemia.

Our seasonings are considered safe to be consumed during pregnancy.
Mushroom seasoning contains a good amount of vitamin D, Vitamin B, iron, and fiber to support pregnant mummies and their growing fetus.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHIITAKE AND WHITE FLOWER MUSHROOM SEASONING?
Shiitake mushroom 香菇: The standard grade of Chinese dried mushrooms is known simply as Fragrant Mushroom/香菇, which is also the generic term of Shiitake Mushroom. It is usually used for 煲汤 (meaning “long boiling soups”) or where the purpose is to add flavours to the dish and there is less scrutiny on the texture of the mushroom.
White flower mushroom 花菇: The best grade of dried shiitake mushroom is known as the Flower Mushroom/花菇. Best used for dishes where the mushrooms are the star of the dish, or where the dish requires the whole mushroom without being sliced up.
